Please call your legislators and urge them to override Governor Patrick’s court funding vetoes.  The Governor signed the FY '10 budget and vetoed $18.5 million in Trial Court funding, which reduced the court budget to $550.7 million from the $569.1 million recommended by the Legislative Conference Committee.  The Governor’s reductions will have a dramatic impact on court operations.  See the Budget Crisis Fact Sheet for more information.
